| Our office operates in compliance with the Banking Business Law of 1997, which was enacted in 1997, and brought about the codification of Cyprus Banking Law. We prepare banking documents dealing with day-to-day banking affairs, loan agreements, and assignments etc, as well as matters concerning international banking. P & A is also the legal advisor and consultant for several principal Cyprus Banks, co-operating with the legal departments and in-house lawyers of the latter. Our office recognises the importance of bank confidentiality and works in pursuance of maintaining this principle. Our expertise in this area of law also covers the law relating to financial services and more specifically, finance law, including letters of credit, guarantees and indemnities, international banking and international trade. |
